Normally the employees are kind but the last couple times I've went they have been so rude. To telling us the upstairs is closed on Saturdays to not letting us in the game room. They are supposed to be a family fun center. Not a I'm here to ruin your day. I recommend going to a actual gym and don't leave your kids here. I'll come back when they have employees that aren't rude, extremely mad and disappointed
