Me and a friend applied here and we're both told our " gender" was a problem because they have a sexual harassment issue that would distract the workers.
PDF is a good place to work. I have worked at PDF for over 6 years, and I worked with them at as a customer with my prior company for 6 years. PDF provides custom engineering and fabrication to a wide variety of customers and industries. No customer is too big or small.
The people are friendly the owners are friendly and it's a pretty good place to work for
This place is not safe. I was working on a lasar and the safty mats didnt work and when i stepoed on them I was hit. And kicked about 5 feet. They know they didnt work,but after that happened they fired me. They dont try and train u on anything more of a sink or swim type of thing.
