They do not do a thorough job. Do not trust any work you get done here.
I also talked to my tire guy about going to Rite Way, and he said he had to get his truck realigned after Rite Way had done it. Moral of the story, don't even bother with them - you'll end up having to get it done right somewhere else.

I had mechanical breakdown coverage about ready to expire, and I wanted to get the work done under the coverage if at all possible, so I asked them to do a full inspection. Mike (the owner, I think his name is Mike) told my hubby everything was good, except a tail light out. They charged him $13 to change it, and sent him on his way.
I will never go to Rite Way again. Here was my experience. I got towed to them to fix my serpentine belt, and they did that just fine, gave me a ride home, and picked me up to get my car.
