They are always there and service all my cars
I heard about One Stop from a friend and my family has since been taking all of our vehicles there for over 5 years now. The service is exceptional. The skill and knowledge of all of the personnel at One Stop is great. Their prices are fair and their work is excellent. My daughter comes all the way from Indianapolis to have her car serviced/repaired because we trust the good people at One Stop Auto.
I got a call at about 12:30 that my parts arrived & that my car would be done at the end of the day. So I leave work an hour early (I work in Greencastle) & when I get there, the receptionist said, "oh I was just about to call you. The parts that came in didn't fit." Now you know that even if the mechanics went to lunch first, they knew by 2:00 or so that the parts didn't fit. I didn't find out until 4:30 - after leaving work without pay & borrowing somebody else's car. This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever encountered!
I blew a tire just a few blocks from this business. The customer service was outstanding! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. When the tech saw that my tire could not be aired up back up, he put the spare on to get me down the road to a tire shop and didn't charge me a dime. I don't live locally, but if I ever happen to have car trouble again while I'm in the Brazil area, this is definitely where I will be taking my car.
These owners are the most lovely, fair, honest, family oriented business people that I have ever met. Their work is excellent and the customer service is one of a kind. I recommend One Stop Auto Repair to anyone in the area.
