I can't rate the actual service - I placed a phone call to inquire about their services for my 4-month old puppy and upon them answering the phone I was informed that "we are really busy right now, please call back later" and promptly hung up on.
Okay so I go in to have my cat get a check up because she wasn't eating and not walking very much. So the doctor gives her two shots whos names we couldn't even read on the receipt because of doctor scrible and now 10 min later my cat is dead.....tried to call and talk to them but they aren't answering. The vet was more concerned about going to his retreat than helping us save our cats life.
If they don't want my business, they won't get it. I'll be going elsewhere.
