Absolutely a disgrace! They take funds from the state to have special need children in their classrooms but you'll find those children walking the halls with the janitor! Or they get suspended for bad behavior so no other school will accept your child making it impossible to transfer them. They do that so they can continue to cash in on your child without having to do their job as educators!
