I want to personally thank the work crew, office staff and subcontractors (gutter folks, dumpster, etc.) for the fast and professional work done replacing the roof on my home. Everyone was very polite, helpful and very neat. Cleanup work was excellent and every employee went out of their way to protect everything they could including my lawn, flowers, windows, deck, driveway, etc. while performing their work. Every interaction I had with them was good and I would like to pass my compliments along to each and every one of them for a job well done!
We had a small, non-emergency roofing issue and had three different roofing companies come out to give us quotes. Paitson & Son put a bid in that was a little higher than the other two but we were impressed with their professionalism. They returned calls promptly, came when they said they would, presented themselves well, and did quality work. The fixes they are hardly noticeable but seemed to have resolved the problem. Finding quality workers in Terre Haute can be difficult and so we will likely use this company again for any issues we have in the future.

The gentlemen who replaced our roof were polite, conscientious of the landscaping and yard and such hard workers. They combed the yard several times to make sure that everything was picked up.
