RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & UNSANITARY! Ordered 2 Whopper meals, plain and simple, nothing extra. They came with no pickles, no tomatoes & no mayo. I understand accidents happen & wasn't going to make a big deal out of it. When asked if we could just have a few pickles & tomatoes we were given an awful attitude! Then the manager leaves the register after touching money & goes and grabs pickles and tomatoes with her bare hands! After, we proceeded to watch her as we picked at our food. A group of her friends came in with a baby & she picked up their baby and had it behind the counter with her, placing the poor child on every surface she walked to while she was waiting on other people. She continued to ignore her customers & talked to her friends while cashing them out. I understand working in customer service is hard....but I've never seen behavior like this. Avoid if possible.
Worst of the worst. This place is what's wrong with Burger King. Why spend money remodeling locations and promoting new ideas when you don't monitor your stores? This store was rude, filthy even by Burger King standards and slow.
My burger and fries were cold, the cheese on my burger wasn't even melted. I give them two stars just because it was very clean inside.
Almost always disappointed here. Dry whopper, they are out of ice. Trash overflowing. I might understand if they were busy but only had 1other table with people at it when I walked in.
Pretty sure the fries and cheese tots were redrops(already fried once then dropped back to reheat) and my bacon and cheese chicken sandwich had the sad lettuce was missing its tomato and completely missed the mark of making me feel like it was a wise choice. Nope I didn't complain to the management. Why? Because coupons wouldn't have fixed my food. Oh and the ketchup was all but empty. I guess I could have mentioned that to the cashier but I figured she might have picked up on it as she watched me furiously pumping away for 5 minutes for what amounted to about 2 tbsp.
