This company is the biggest joke I have ever seen. They come in and screw things up and than try and tell you that it is going to cost extra to fix it

Very professional. Gave me a rough estime over the phone, and was right on the money with the job. Had tube spigot replaced, a broken pipe, plus added a wall access and shut off valve. Had the work done very quickly with no issues. Make certain to call them for all my plumbing needs in the fuutre.
Went to lowes on December 5th and bought a new hot water heater, Lowes contracted the job out to John and Johns to do the install their employee came out at 4 pm to install new water heater, said we would have hot water in 40 minutes, stayed to make sure that we did could not get the hot water to work. He called the owner and than told us that the owner would call us on Saturday December 6th to get the problem taken care of as of now we haven't heard anything from them. Still don't have hot water. Tried to tell us that if they come out on Saturday it will cost us another 375.00 to get it fixed, however I will contact an attorney first as we had hot water before this "Certified Plumber" jacked with out other hot water heater.
Certified Lowes installer. Replaced hot water heater and took the old one without an extra charge. Very clean and professional job. Took the time to go over the controls and verify that the gas appliances all worked before he left.
Very clean and professional compared prices to other company's finding it to be very reasonable will never call another plumber
