Employees are not willing to work with people who use their services and PAY their paychecks!
The employees here are the most helpful I have ever encountered. I've seen them stay after closing to assist customers and I've seen them attempt to accommodate everyone's needs. Myles and Elizabeth are both my favorite employees and they're great when you have an issue with direct tv service!!!
