Our family's experience with Bob Bowen Ford has been been very pleasantly positive. It started with Doug Bates mgr in the service dept...he has been straight forward, trustworthy and honest in our dealings. His guy Kenny is as well. I have bought an F150 there and we have met Carl Plessinger in sales and he is currently working with my daughter on 2 used vehicles for her and her husband. We feel he will offer a deal that is fair to all.

Service is just as excellent, I have NEVER had an issue with their service department, they are always up front, honest, and work hard. I live too far away now, and I miss this service department so much, that I am writing this just to say I miss them, I have yet to find anybody here now that can take care of me and my vehicles like they did.
