Four of us went into this McDonalds, were met by a smiling, upbeat young lady named Sara, who took our order, with two special orders, in a professional manner, quickly, and accurately. If the sweet tea had less tea and more sugar in it, they would have deserved 5 stars!
Our order is always wrong and/or missing things. The drive through is a nightmare with 2 lanes and no way to regulate them so it's a battle to go from two lanes into one to get to the window. They claim to never have ice cream because the machine is broken. Like okay well it's been 6 months, so ya ever gonna get that fixed!? They are out of lettuce and tomato frequently. Actually they're out of a lot of things way too often, just everything. All the time. The only good things about this location are that the staff is usually friendly and that they're open 24/7. Otherwise, there's a bad experience nearly every time we go there for one reason or another. Somebody needs to get it together and start managing this place.
The so called "Mcdonald's" kit and caboodle smelled and tasted so foul, I violently vomited on other customers and got the runs, trotted into the bathroom holding my own filth in, i spread my girthy cheeks and spewed a colossal, sturdy mound of molten, brown/Red sludge out of my own anus.
Displeased.... I spend alot of money here because my son likes McDonald's. Takes a very long time in the drive thru....have gotten my order wrong several times in the past. Then, just today I paid what I believe is 4 something for 1 large fry they were soggy and half full.
If you want a quick bite, this is the place. The card reader didn't work and the manager gave us our meal free! French fries could have been hotter.
